The German Uni Preparation Programme is German International College’s (GIC) two-semester intensive academic and language bridge course—designed for ambitious international students seeking a direct path into public partner universities This comprehensive preparatory program helps you transition seamlessly from your home country’s education system to German academic and linguistic standards.

Pathway to: Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechatronics Engineering at Hochschule Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences

Our bachelor's degree program with a practical emphasis/orientation is the key to a job at the interface of digitalization. Not only as full-timestudies but also in cooperation with companies from the region in a  program, we prepare you for your career entry.

In the interdisciplinary mechatronics degree program, you will learn how to develop intelligent components and systems and create innovative solutions.

You will start with the foundation courses in electrical engineering and computer science and expand your acquired knowledge with subjects from mechanical engineering. You will also learn technical English and project management. You will apply your skills in a project of your choice. If you are interested, our study program also allows you to gain experience abroad through the mobility window.

With your knowledge from your bachelor's degree in mechatronics, you will be of great interest to a wide range of companies, as you will be working at the interface between mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and computer science. Interdisciplinary work is therefore a matter of course for you. You can develop complex mechatronic systems and implement the latest control strategies in software in order to contribute to innovative solutions. Employers are, for example,
