A degree in Business Management will empower you to achieve business objectives, start your own business, and be a leader. You can even specialize your degree to define your personal career goals. Foundational to your degree, you’ll study the management of organizations, people, and projects along with courses in operations management, entrepreneurship, international business, human resource management, and family business.

Coles College is known for high-quality, contemporary, and applied courses in organizational behavior, human resources, supply chain management, family business, entrepreneurship, and general management.

As a business management student, you’ll also have the opportunity to choose one of three areas of specialization:

• Human Resource Management
• Venture Management
• Operations and Supply Chain Management.

As a critical part of your learning and experience, you’ll have the opportunity to work in the Robin and Doug Shore Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center, where you’ll learn to take ideas to concepts, concepts into ventures, and ventures into reality through experiential learning.
