Program Overview
Our Regenerative Medicine and Devices MRes provides the opportunity to develop your scientific and translational research skills within an evolving discipline where major clinical conditions are treated by pioneering implants, tissue engineering constructs, cell- and gene-therapy, and nanomedicines.
The research focuses on pathological and traumatic conditions of significant socio-economic impact. This informs the development of pioneering treatments for neurodegenerative diseases and sensory dysfunctions, diabetes, wound healing, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal diseases. You will work alongside internationally recognised academics, postdoctoral and other postgraduate researchers.
Guided by experienced supervisors you will design and undertake a major research project. This will allow you to demonstrate your creativity and initiative while applying scientific theory and developing practical skills relevant to research, industry and hospitals. You will test the translational potential of your project on placement with one of the organisations in our or another relevant stakeholder, which is also an opportunity to build your network of contacts. And there may be the opportunity to be involved in industry-led projects, including a period of time working at the organisation, depending on availability.

Below programs have 5000 GBP scholarship
- Advanced Manufacturing MSc

Rest all masters except MRES, Pharmacy, Pharmacy OSPAP and BSMS Medical school related programs will have 3000 GBP scholarship and mention programs have no scholarship.
UG Scholarship-
- 5000 GBP, split in 3 years.. 2000 first year, 1500 second Year and 1500 Third year.
Early bird is applicable to all the programs in case students pays 5000 GBP on or before 31st July 2026 for Sept 26 intake
Scholarship Deadline for SEP 2026 intake is:-
- 30th June 2026 for both UG and PG.
