International Foundation Year in Science, Engineering and Computing
The International Foundation Year in Science, Engineering and Computing at Leeds International Study Centre helps you to progress to your undergraduate degree at Leeds Beckett University. You will spend two semesters in the supportive environment of the International Study Centre, working with expert tutors in order to confidently enter the first year of your undergraduate degree at the University.

Why Study the International Foundation Year? 
This programme is designed to help you feel confident joining the first year of your undergraduate degree at Leeds Beckett. Under the guidance of our expert tutors, you will benefit from: 

  • An academic introduction to your chosen subject area 
  • Additional English language modules designed for university study 
  • The chance to develop your academic study skills 
  • Lessons taught by staff who are experts in international education 
  • Smaller class sizes as part of a friendly, multicultural student community 
  • Help transitioning to the UK education system. 

Once you complete the International Foundation Year in Science, Engineering and Computing, and achieve the required grades, you will be able to start your undergraduate degree at Leeds Beckett University.

Leading to: Physical Education with Outdoor Education BA (Hons)
Push boundaries by combining traditional physical education study with a focus on outdoor activities with this physical education with outdoor education course.
