Prepare for entry to Year 1 of an undergraduate degree at the University of Exeter. Choose from 150+ subject areas, ranging from accounting, business and management to biological and environmental sciences, computer science, engineering and humanities.

  • During the Exeter International Foundation, you can choose from a variety of modules* to tailor the program to your interests and passions. Download our digital booklet to find out more about the different modules for each degree.
  • Progress to the University of Exeter, a world top 30 university pursuing UN Sustainable Development Goals (Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2025).
  • In scientific modules, carry out experiments in our science lab and learn how to produce laboratory reports.
  • In business modules, analyze current business case studies, and gain working knowledge of financial reporting, marketing strategies, management theories and the basic techniques of management accounting.
  • In engineering modules, learn how to use software to solve problems, and gain practical experience through laboratory work in the university’s electronic and materials testing laboratories.
  • In humanities and social science modules, explore the impact of environmental, political, economic, and social systems, and analyse film techniques and the film industry.
